Inbox360 was founded in February 2000 by Harry Wahl and Joe Mauro to sell digital marketing solutions to local and regional businesses. Seasoned in local ad sales, Harry and Joe began their advertising careers in the mid 80's. In 1990 they founded Cable One Corporation. Covering 37 States and 225 cable systems, Cable One became one of the largest local ad sales operations in the country. Reaching over $20 million in sales, Cable One was sold to TCA Communications in 1996.

Realizing that the Internet would become the ultimate advertising vehicle, the founding partners set their sites on permission-based marketing opportunities.

Unlike existing Internet advertising companies, Inbox360 designed a non-tech, user-friendly marketing system that implemented both online and offline elements. This approach allows advertisers to use the incredible reach and interactivity of the Internet in conjunction with traditional time proven marketing mechanisms. Underneath Inbox360's non-tech covering is a very sophisticated and robust proprietary software system integrating a multiple of marketing products.

Inbox360's core product is private list database marketing coupled to a powerful permission-based email marketing system. This system allows retail merchants to leverage the exploding use of email with a one-to-one, ongoing, personalized communications program once only available to Fortune 500 Companies. Inbox360 provides a proven, permission-based email marketing service that facilitates local retail merchant interaction with their customers in powerful new ways to build loyalty, in-store traffic and sales.
