Inbox360 offers a service that will “kick start” your program and get you valid email addresses for your existing customers for very little cost per name. Definition of Email Append: Email address appending, (Email Append), is the process of adding an individual's e-mail address to that individual's record utilizing an existing national database. This is accomplished by matching national email database against a third-party or companies customer file. Once there is a match, we will send a permission pass to that customer on behalf of the company that is doing the append. Once a valid response is received back from the individual, they are added to the completed append file. The email addresses is needed to connect with your customers online. Our e-Mail Append service overlays deliverable email addresses onto your active customer file and contacts customers via email on your behalf to obtain permission to communicate with them online. The Process: You would send us your database in a clean format (no blanks, first and last name in different columns, columns line up, etc). We will then create the cleanser newsletter (copy, etc) and you can add an offer if you like (it will help). The cleanser is very brief and should really only have one or two offers in it. Your customer’s file is matched against various databases and when a match (either personal or household) is found, the e-mail address is added to the client’s file. After an e-mail match is found for a corresponding physical address, an email is sent with the option to opt out. After allowing 5-7 business days for all responses, final numbers will be calculated measuring the opt-ins, excluding undeliverable and opt-out e-mails. During the data collection process, subscribers voluntarily disclose their personal information, and have access to view a privacy policy stating that their information could be shared with third parties that have "customer relationships" with the individual. At the completion of the e-mail Appending Process, the enhanced file is imported and added to your database. The e-mail addresses that are appended were those matched and are successfully deliverable. The append percentage will vary depending on the accuracy of the data in your list.
